Depending on the case, we offer an hourly rate or a flat fee rate. Our lawyers and paralegal keep detailed logs of the time they spend on your case and you’ll be provided with monthly invoices explaining the time worked on your case. Partner rates fall between $180 and $300 per hour, depending on the partner and the type of matter. Our paralegal charges $160 per hour. Retainers are usually needed up front, but the partner working on your file may agree to a payment plan depending on the circumstances of your case. Our goal is to be transparent in billing and to provide the community access to quality legal representation. Please contact us to discuss your particular circumstances.
